I dont know if this was already posted or not... but I just got this emailed to me.... pretty scary.. they heard that she told her friends & family she was going to a shoot, with a guy who she knew for something like 6 months. but has never returned.


Canadian adult film actress reported missing

CONSHOHOCKEN - Local police and county detectives have launched a search for a missing Canadian adult film actress who was last seen in the borough nine days ago.


Natel King, 23, who uses the stage name Taylor Sumers, had reportedly arrived in the area on Feb. 28 for business, First Assistant District Attorney Risa Ferman said.
After speaking with Chief of Police James Dougherty, Mayor Robert Frost said he learned several details of what immediately preceded King's last sighting. King walked to an unknown restaurant on the afternoon of Feb. 29 to get something to eat and never returned.
"Where she could have gotten into any kind of trouble (in that area) is beyond me," Frost said.
Family and friends contacted Peel Ontario Regional police after not hearing from King for several days. Conshohocken Police and county district attorney's office learned King was missing Friday, Ferman said, and subsequently began their role in the investigation.
King was reportedly working out of a rented residence at 105 West Third Avenue.
On Tuesday evening, the home was empty, with the blinds drawn and no cars parked in front. The occupant, whose name was not available, had been questioned by police and provided no other information about the whereabouts of King.
Police on Friday recovered King's 1992 red Saturn on the 100 block of West Third Avenue, but have still not had any leads to where she may have gone. Frost said several of the detectives involved have traveled to New York and even Canada to search for King.
"They're trying to tie up all the many loose ends any way they can," the mayor added.
Ferman refused to elaborate on the presence of an exotic actress in Conshohocken, let alone her reason for being in the borough.
"The reason why she was here is not of our concern," Ferman said. "The fact that she is missing is our concern."
Neighbors Dennis and Kelly Bieler said they had not seen King during her time in the area, nor did they know the man who rented the residence.
Detectives questioned the Bielers and other neighbors on Friday and Saturday, but did not reveal any specific information regarding King's reason for being there.
With two young children, Dennis Bieler said he was not thrilled to hear the potential of exotic filming taking place in his neighborhood.
"This is a quiet street. I definitely would have never suspected anything like this going on," he said.
King is described as white female, 5 feet 8 inches tall, with blonde shoulder-length hair and a ring tattoo on her right ring finger.

An adult film actor called her best friend in Mississauga to tell him she feared for her life after a photography shoot in a Philadelphia suburb.
That Feb. 29 phone call was the last time Curtis Shears heard from his roommate, Natel King, who goes by the name Taylor Sumers in the adult entertainment industry.

King has been missing for nearly two weeks and Peel Region and Pennsylvania police are investigating.

The 23-year-old actor and model called her friend Shears on her cellphone from a photo shoot in Conshohocken, Pa., telling him she was worried about "something that was happening" at the shoot.

"She first left me a message, saying that she was kind of freaked out by this guy (the photographer)," Shears said yesterday in the Mississauga basement apartment they shared.

He said he called her back that Sunday and she told him she was "getting kind of weirded out" by the photographer.

Shears said he asked if she was "afraid of not getting paid," or "getting killed" and she said "I don't know, both."

"I was joking about getting killed but she was really worried about herself," said Shears, who has known King for 10 years.

"I couldn't get any more details because she said she couldn't talk because there were other people there," Shears said. "So she said she would call me back in five minutes but she never did."

Shears, 23, who also works in the adult entertainment industry, contacted Peel police last Thursday after his roommate failed to return home as planned on Tuesday.

King, who was a second-year student at Memorial University in Newfoundland, was taking correspondence courses in psychology. She dreamed of becoming a psychologist.

"She is not a porn star. She's very small time," said Shears.

King's car, a 1992 red Saturn coupe, was found abandoned in a residential neighbourhood in Conshohocken last Friday, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney's office. Her suitcase and laptop were inside. Police told Shears there was nothing to indicate any foul play.

"It looks like she never got into her car after the photo shoot," said Shears.

Six detectives from Conshohocken are in Canada interviewing acquaintances, said Bruce Castor Jr., the district attorney of Montgomery County.

King's family has refused comment to the media. "Nobody from the family is going to comment on anything at this time," said an unidentified man who answered the King family phone.

Detectives are looking at cellphone and credit card records, as well as bank transactions, to get a handle on her whereabouts.

"We know that she had come here for a modelling job and we have interviewed the photographer," Castor said.

King had been hired by a photographer working out of Conshohocken, Shears said.

Detectives from the Philadelphia suburb, who visited her residence in Mississauga, told Shears they had interviewed the photographer for several hours.

A phone number listed for the photographer on his Web site is now out of service, but Shears said the man told him via e-mail he last saw King about 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 29 when he walked her to her car after the photo shoot.

"He said she was going to walk to a pub about a block and half away to get something to eat," Shears said. "He said she gave him a hug and went on her way."

King has worked in print and films in the adult industry for about five years.

King left her home on Feb. 27 and drove by herself to the shoot, which Shears said she had arranged through an adult entertainment-booking site on the Internet.

She was supposed to head for Detroit for another photo shoot right after the gig near Philadelphia, Shears said.

It's not like King to be out of touch.

"I'm her best friend in the world and we usually talk on the phone almost every day, no matter what."
