multiply your current weight times 10
whatever you come up is how much you need to consume daily just to keep your current weight.

to gain a pound per week, you need to add 500 calories extra every single day of the week. eating 3500 extra calories per week should gain you approximately 1lb

Sounds good... but try and watch the FAT! I know, sounds strange to watch for fat if you want to gain weight. But do it! Or you'll be dead by 40:2 cents:
