Just imagine what you would rake if you made all the spots paid...
A lot of people will pay $100 for a spot on there. That alone will bring in an extra 2 million a year...

Guess what? Once I worked for the person who made 150K in a month. And know what happened? He became too self-confident and imprudent, lost all his savings (that was several millions) and almost killed the biz. He ended with 20K monthly income. And this happened just withing several months.

So I'm telling all of you again - I would not pay for thehun more than I think I could get back. And since I'm far not good in what thehun is doing, I barely could keep the profitability even near of his current level.

Think about it - if I did know how to keep thehun running and developing, I would not even need to buy it - I would just develop my own site like this.

And as far as I know the hun got offered 10 millions for his site and turned it down I think.

The top 15 are now sold for about $ 500 so I was talking about selling the left overs for about $100 a piece. People would pay that.

The site would lose a lot of value if he ever sold it. I'm sure the new owner would make changes and fuck it up. His success is due to NOT making drastic changes to his site and updating 365 days a year and treating his surfers with respect.

Some big company would buy the site and add a dialer or a pop-up or something and kill half the traffic overnight.

Why do people in these kind of threads always think the negative way. You can also think about what potential a site has. You are certainly not a potential buyer.
