Can some one advise me on any services which will let me track search engine and banner campaigns so that I can see which campaign is delivering the most quality traffic in terms visitors and conversion rates?

Who is your biller? Most have an affiliate add on so you can assign unique URLs to each traffic source and see the stats for it.

That's why I have 6 accounts with TCG.
To track sales per SE.

This is more of a service dependent on the sponsor you're using rather than something you can install, unless you own the paysites.
