it would probably help if you had 1 big pic for each girl that then lead to the join page... something to show the quality of the pics you're paying for.

Sell FNP, just don't assume ppl will join b/c it is there. Why should they join FNP, do they get access to the site? Do they get access to other "galleries"? Access to videos? Or here, give us your CC b/c we put something asking you randomly for a username and password when you click on a thumb.
