We here at GuerillaTraffic.com are working day and night going through our content licenses and matching up what we own. Being in business for over 7 years and having had over 100 employees come and go does not make things any easier for us. Our new policy on design is this: "If we don't know, then it's NO". We have successfully switched out thousands of hosted galleries, over 30 tours, and we will continue to review/change every website, IMAGE BY IMAGE, til we are finished. Our internal image server is being reviewed folder by folder to ensure that any contaminated content will never appear on any of our property ever again. We have come to a settlement with one party and both sides are very pleased. (I cannot reveal the particulars). We are also in negotiations with another party and I will be contacting the final one(s) when we get caught up.

Going through thousands of galleries doens't mean every image on that gallery was stolen , but we have that much stuff to go through to be sure.

Same with the tours, it wasn't every image but we have to go through everything, including our image server.

Sherie and I will be in Pheonix, and will be contacting the correct people so we can meet with them.

Swedguy all the content wasn't stolen, we switched it all out, "Just in case". I don't have every image on the internet memorized and to be on the safe side we deleted everything and rebuilt them with content that we absolutely knew is ours. I can't be on this thread all day, but I just wanted to be clear on this point.

No that is not correct. The images were replaced with like images that we own or license.

For the record Galleries are UP not down. The images were switched with LIKE content that we OWN or LICENSE. The Bukkake sites have bukkake images and so on, the descriptions are the same etc.

I'm not exactly sure how your gallery system works over there sherie but if it's anything that is automated then dumping everything that was in there before and going with stuff that you are 100% sure is on the up and up is probably alot faster and easier than going through each of the pics and guessing where in the stacks of content CD's that picture would be from

things happened - also they droped that lame canadian designer excuse - so why not give them a chance to make it up?

Everybody that has used us gets paid, we are always easy to work with and will work things out accordingly, this post was to give everybody an update, which is more then I can say for some people in this biz.

And Danny is correct, it is much easier to replace everything in our galleries then to go pick through image by image and find the licesnses and so on, over the years we have bought a lot of content, so that would take forever.

We are trying to rectify this problem as easy as we can and in a timely manner.

Some people have been settled with and others we are contacting ourselves.

You are probably right, but this was the road we chose to take, which is give people an update, because some people thought we were hiding, I am sure the next update will be a final one.

Mike-BP the discriptions would change according to the content on the site(s). The content is basically the same. So the descriptions would pretty much remain the same as far as I have been told.

CEkilleR - do you know anything about this guy? Yes, my attitude towards him is bad, do a search and figure out why. Or don't waste your time. Either way that's the way it is. I think what Mike-BP is talking about is all those of those who use your galleries in a database for example..

If content change descriptions change to end of story.

It does not matter if pictures are almost the same.

There are always stuff that change.

For example a description like "Blond slut got blasted with sticky goo in her blue eyes" May not work after pictures are changed.

Not all people just write "bukkake facial" to every gallery submission you know.
