An update on Insite Investments

Just in case any of you were hopefull that you might one day get paid, forget about it.

We went by their office yesterday with the intent to collect. I would have left with some desks and computers but their office was completely empty.

You can call information and get John Ep's phone number but his address is unlisted.

If anyone knows his home address or can get it, I'm going collecting.

This is InsiteAdult.com right? Must have been a significant amount for you to go down to their offices in person to collect! I hope for the best Rick.

Rick, did you go the office off Windy Hill behind the Hilton? I read recently they had moved from there. I'm not sure where they moved to or even if they actually moved.

georgiacorporations.org also lists the following addresses for them:

8522 CONGRESSIONAL DRIVE
TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA 32312

In other words, you're fucked. Sorry to hear about your troubles Rick. I haven't done business with them in almost 2 years and even then it was like pulling teeth trying to get paid.

Contacted the law firm and this is what they had to say.
"Finally, it has come to our attention that a small minority of creditors have posted potentially defamatory statements regarding Insite and its principals on the internet. Accordingly, our office is monitoring certain websites and bulletin boards. If these inappropriate statements continue, we will be forced to take legal action."

Take legal action on this

Their law firm sounds like they're also a bunch of pricks. Suppose you need a scammer to defend a scammer. So sue me, Falcone

haha So let me get this straight. You can rip off webmasters. Fold up shop and vanish with the money. Still have your sites up and running yet if anyone complains its a defamatory statement? And THEY can take legal action.

Bullshit. Where did they get there law degree. ICS Mail Order? Thats like Enron trying to sue those that were talking shit about them after the collapse.

Just a tactic to scare and flip those away from trying to collect. Smoke and mirrors. There client has folded up shop. There is no business to protect. They have no grounds to sue for "inappropriate statements". Fucking idiots.

Just an observation here, but doesn't having a law firm respond for you, and write form letters like the one issued from insightadult cost money in the east?

and BTW did anyone check to see if it was a bankruptcy attorney? (if so then the defamatory remarks thing could be enforced if the debt is discharged, also there are rules on how a person can collect....

who is insightadult anyway... Listing the informative information, such as the principles names, the printed detailed transactions records between them and other partys , certainly any public filings such as bankruptcy, etc...... those are all free game without any recourse from their alleged attorny that is supposedly monoriting events here.....

Attempting to collect a debt if the firm is in Chapter 11 is illegal. However threatening those that are voicing displeasure over not getting paid is total BS. If they were in Chapter 11 the attorney would have had to made that clear in his response. All collection action must cease at that point.

Simply stating "they owe me 2k and there office is empty this doesnt look good" is not breaking any laws. Its all a diversion tactic.
