What kind of cichlids do you have? I got 4 fish tanks and 3 of them are filled with cichlids. I have some of the Africans, and some of the cichlids from the Americas.

I'm always relaxed so it's not something i have to do.

Pet a cat, grab some coffee, take the phone of the hook, read GFY, laugh at something funny, play some music, write some music, sing along to notes that no one else seems able to hit but me, get more coffee, have a bite to eat, go to town, dance naked when no one's looking, take a nap, play tug of war with the dogs......

I get head while sitting at my desk on my computer. Very relaxing.

Nice little system you have there! Sounds a little like my ritual (minus the sex of course).

get mobile as possible. go wireless. get a tablet pc, constantly change location, fill scrit your shrink gave you for add and take alittle valium al la carte
