You can get Hepatitis A and Hep B from watersports.

there is ony a small (like 1 or 2%) you would get hep C
hep C is for the most part a blood based disease you can usually on get it from contact with blood.

If you work in porn you should have HEp vaccination s- especially for hep B

IN Australia, if you are a sex industry worker you can get the shots (you need 3 shots for hep B over a few weeks) and it doesnt cost anythign
Not sure about other countries but Im sure some places have this - check with the local health clinics
