Continuing Discussion about MPA2

I had the opportunity to discuss the MPA2/Shave Module with my attorney this week and I would like to relay some legal opinions.

1) Any sponsor that uses the shaving module would be guilty of fraud at the criminal level and breach of contract at the civil level for each and every transaction with each and every affiliate.

2) The fact that the module only know for fraud was built into the script makes Mansion guilty of the same fraud since it is knowingly created an instrument to cheat.

3) The fraud would qualify for class action status at the civil level.

Theorically Mansion and any sponsor that used the module would be liable for possibly tens of thousands of counts of fraud if the story about the module are true. That's alot of jail time and money to pay back.

Here are some suggestions to turn this situation around:

1) Mansion and affiliates create an independent auditing group to review all processing for any sponsor that has used MPA2.

2) Mansion remove the module permanently from the script.

3) That the auditing group re-visit the records 6 months after the changes to confirm them.

LOL I've been saying this for going on 2 years now

don't need an attorney to know that shaving is fraud.

Class action lawsuit?

More like at the next show, people kiss their ass like nothing is wrong with what they are doing.

Sad how thieves and scumbags are embraced in this business.

Then why haven't you sued? Other than TripleXCash I have promoted any MPA sponsors in my relatively short time as an adult webmaster.

The idea would be for the audit group to have full access to the processors logs to match with the MPA back-end. You can't fool the processor.

That's not true. The fact the module even exists is proof.

yes but you need to get proof that the sponsor uses it.

I have a gun, doesn't mean I murdered someone.

If the sponsor willfully purchased or licensed the program knowing the module existed, it is cause. Guns have other uses other than crime, the module doesn't.

MPA3 will be totally anonymous. No one will know if it's MPA or a custom program.

dude you're preaching to the choir...I've been saying for 2 years now that eventually a sponsor is going to get hit with RICO.

But you're missing the key elements...proof...someone spilling the beans....but even that's going to be difficult...I"m sure they have people sign NDA's which would prevent them from coming forward even if it's invalid because a crime was being committed..not to mention they're having to implicate themselves as being involved...at whatever level.

It will happen eventually...and I think this is something eventually the government will pick up on and go after these guys if they can't get them on obscenity.
