Back in USSR there was a day on 23rd of February, it was called: A Soviet Army Day. Back in 1917 Russian Red Army was born, and of corse, all USSR was celebrating it every year.
But time passes, USSR doesn't exist anymore. 23rd of Feb is now officially called a Man's Day, or Defender's Day.
