there are some accupressure techniques that work good..gotta have one of your ladies do it for you.
YOu have her pinch the webbing between your pointer and thumb on both hands at the same time..start off with a bit of pressure and gradually increase it then hold for about 10 seconds then do it again.
And then have her take her thumbs and gently rub each side of your neck right at the base of your skulll...she can also put presure there for about 10 seconds then release...another good point is the sinus cavities right between the eyes around the bridge of the nose.For rent - ICQ 127-027-910
