First off the panasonic dvx100a is a superior camcorder compared to others stated here. In reality if you have 1ccd camcorder with a mic out and some good lighting skills . You cant tell the difference for webstuff, to me unless you are shooting for dvd or broadcast its a waste of money. Spend money on a good set of lights and learning how to use them will get you more quality than 3 ccd camcorder if you are shooting for the web.

I know more porn people use VX2000's than Canon's. Canons are very limiting and the focus is horrible. The new VX2100 apparently has amazing low light shooting capabilities, thus being even better for the low-budget porn guy.
