You can optimize anything down to like 30k .. hell even 25k if u put time into it .. prolly even less and have it very comparable to the 40k version in the surfers eyes .. it just saves the submitter money ....

Just look at the pics, if you could rub one out to them, they're golden.

Except for the 40K minimum filesize..........that is really dumb.

btw,30kb pic should be ok. If the background is not complex with tons of colors/combinations many big pictures can be super optimised without loss of quality.

On to business LOL. Couple of things I wanted to mention.
As for that "pre" tag...that answers a question that has been driving me nuts for a while. For some reason a TGP i always submit would auto check the gallery and say I had banned text. Now I know what it must be...that tag...never even occured to me.

Secondly...had this content...girl in white with blonde hair with a white background. There were a number of TGP's that rejected it because it was under their limit. Being all white it made the size very small although the pictures were the highest quality. Had to redo them all.

pre is no longer banned so you wont have a problem here :)

Awesome idea Rick! People that go to CJ's think you guys are gods...anything you say, will work. I think your about people going to CJ's and there favorite TGP....now they'll be able to do it all in one place!
