do affiliate free-sites/portals need disclaimer pages?
I was wondering if free sites or doorway pages with adult content require disclaimer pages. For example, if you run an ad on sex.com or google.com, is it safe to link off direct to adult content pages? I ask because of all this tighting of obscenity laws, and affiliates do display alot of adult content...

I don't think you need them now, but it couldn't hurt...
With the way obscenity laws are headed, it might be required soon. |
