loyalty. How important is it?

In the industry to be specific. Both employers to employees, sponsors to affiliates..employees to employers. Assuming no one has been treated badly do you value loyalty?

If you don't have loyal workers/loyal boss then there is no foundations for a successful business

Loyality in anything, business, friendship or marriage is the one of THE MOST IMPORTANT things.
If you don't feel like you have the backing of your friends, partners and loved ones, then are they really that necessary to be around?

I am a very loyal person. I don't trust people easily but when I do or they show trust in me I am with them until the end and I give 100 percent. I just get a bit confused when I see people that don't appear to have that as one of their qualities. Cut throat is good but at the end of it all you need people to trust you.

It's a two way street. But I start with the utmost loyalty and if it is abused then the relationship is finished.

Loyalty really is important, but again I believe you must find some sort of equilibrium in every relationship..

Like most rare items..... it's difficult to come by, but when you do get some, it's VERY valuable.
