He's a search engine spammer. He has a whole shitload of blogs set up to get some really good keyword traffic. For example, he has the top spot for "Paris Hilton Nude". It was a blog that redirected to one of his circle jerk sites.

Looks like blog spot got wise and shut down a few of his blogs.
