I always could use more sleep so I get some, dark room, silence, peace.. this helps. The hahahahahahas are open and I live near a forest so sillence and clean air is guaranteed.
Or have a long chat with my best friend, that works, too.

I email or ICQ a friend if it's a bad work day & try to get back on track. If it's just a bad day in general, I'll hit the park with my doggies. They always put a smile on my face.

Last resort, call up my girlfriends & get a bottle of wine! :glugglug

I never have a bad day.
The day is what you make of it, unless I'm dying I think I'm doing pretty fucking good. Plus if I start to be annoyed I just leave, the perks of being my own man!

clean, watch tv, try to do nothing evasive like drive or computer work if i have to always seems to enrage me further, but this is only for the really bad days which thanks goodness dont come to terribly often

On a bad day I head up to the moors with the dogs and sit by the river with a good book for an hour, if the day is really, really bad I go for a long walk on the beach, have a good meal out with lots of wine and stay over at one of my favourite hotels overlooking the sea spending half the night sat on the balcony watching the waves spraying over the rocks drinking champagne - never fails to make me feel better :)
