my sleeping schedule is so fucked it's not even possible to get it back.

i'll stay up for 48 hours at a time.. sleep for 12 hours.. wake up and then go back to sleep like 6 hours later, sleep for 12 more, then get back up for another 48 hours.
weeks fly by like bullets when i do this shit.

It sucks! I can t sleep normally for a couple of months now. When I lie in bed, I think about everything I must do and then I get out. Then I get so tired I feel like I can sleep for a year or two, but I sleep for an hour, wake up and cant sleep no more.
