RConn is completely clueless when it comes to running anything. After talking to him on the phone on several occasions I know he's pretty damn dumb with this shit. I was trying to talk him into opening an AVS service before everything went to hell with AVS and no matter how many times I tried to explain how AVS works he couldn't get a grasp on it.
By the way, I too was fucked over by RConn. Fortunately, I got the money he owed me but he did try keeping half of my last pay check when I was his full time designer.http://www.lhcmedia.com
