PIBCash info finally released. LONG post.

So...Here is the deal. I have tried to keep this fairly private while my attorney contacted Rodney Connor in order to reach a private settlement agreement. Today Rodney basically said he was not interested in the offer and that I should take him to court. Fine by me. While I am at it.....I will be contacting everybody that has ever been fucked over by Rodney Connor and putting them in touch with the law firm that I am working with.

What were the terms of this agreement? Simple. I want it all. Call me a greedy mother fucker but when I put a year+ of my life into something and you tarnish my name...I expect more than to get financially fucked because of your incompetence and seemingly crooked business practices.

It's a sad day when ONE of your affiliates earns 2.5 times what I got out of my own site for a single month.

The basic ORIGINAL agreement

Rodney Connor (RConn) and I entered into a joint venture where we were to divide the income from www.tonifreeland.com between the two of us. It was Rodney's job to market and finance the site and my job to produce the content for it. Our agreement also stated that should the two of us ever split ways that each of us would maintain a copy of the content for our own uses.

To date Rodney has spent roughly $24,000 (I have not added it up recently) through me for shoots, equipment, and various other business related expenses. 41 scenes and several live cam shows were produced with that money. If you break that down....it's roughly $585.00 per sceen at cost. That is 1/3 of what I would charge a regular client at the very least for reality content of this nature.

The fuck ups

IMHO, Rodney Connor has no fucking clue how to run an affiliate program. From the very beginning Tam and myself tried to get him to put the right tools in place. I contacted other respected industry people and put them in touch with Rodney so that they could assist as well. This went on from the launch of PIBCash until August of last year. During that time the ToniFreeland site was by far the biggest chunk of income from the 40+ sites in the program. It appears to me that the profits from the Toni site were used to offset the losses of the other PIBCash sites.

Since the marketing of the site was not done as well as it could have been....The site never reached anywhere near it's full potential.

At various times I have had access to the Epoch stats and then that was taken away from me, given back, taken away...etc.... I was never given access to the Admin area of PIBCash...My guess is because Rodney knew that I would go apeshit if I found out that he was shaving. From the looks of things...He even shaved my own girl friend about 45%.

For the first year or so the site was ran with no pop ups, no up-sells and was strictly a PPS program. Now...How in the fuck can you make any money like that? Rodney's words to me were "I don't want to piss off the webmasters by taking their traffic." Oh.....Hmmm...But shaving them is OK I guess.

Rodney has a nasty habit of avoiding my calls, email, ICQ's, and any other type of communications. I have returned the favor by ignoring his 20+ calls, 2 emails, and multiple ICQ attempts over the last week or so. It seems that ever since my attorney contacted him....He has wanted to speak with me one on one.

Too fucking bad. You had your chance to do honest business with me. You fucked that up and now you will deal with me on my terms. Those terms happen to be both legal ones through my attorney as well as very publicly as you can see from this thread.

I am sure that I am overlooking a shitload of other interesting details here...Like the true reason that Rodney Connor had to bail from his last hosting company, the lost checks for thousands of dollars that were mysteriously cashed...not by the affiliate who deserved it....And no fraud dispute was put in place? What Super Bowl tickets? Oh yeah...The ones you promised the top Toni Freeland affiliate without consulting with me about the cost of doing it. BTW Rodney....What ever happened to those tickets anyway?

Yes yes...So many more interesting facts that are being overlooked.

Here's a fact for you Rodney. You NEVER signed and returned the license agreement and contract that I sent you on 3 separate occasions. You told an ex-employee that you had no intentions of signing it. Guess what pal? I shot the content, I own the copyright to the content, and as per my email to you on February 24, 2004...terms of that agreement are no longer open for acceptance.

What does that mean? That means that since February 24th, you have been infringing on my copyrights. Technically speaking...You have been doing so since the launch of the site.

Even if you did sign and return the agreement prior to me withdrawing it, you were in violation of it multiple times. I also love the way that you used PhotoGreg to open a competing G/G reality based site within your own program and had the balls to put on the join page that members also got free access to Toni Freeland when they joined that site. Where is my portion of that money? Why did you not tell me you were doing that? I know that has since been changed but don't worry...Enough people saw it to back up my story.

Rodney also took away my access to the site servers and put the updates in the hand of complete idiots. I don't even want to go into the details of how badly they have fucked up the members area at this point. Then he wonders why the retention went to shit.


My intentions

Violation of my copyright comes with a very stiff penalty. Some of that will be decided in court. Your current host will be issued a DMCA letter as well as ANY host that I find you using my content on in the future. Oh yeah...I almost forgot to mention....You have a shitload of my content in DCGirls and AmateurFuckShow that you failed to submit signed licenses for. Most of that content was non-exclusive to you and you chose to ignore my license agreement and allow affiliates to use it anyway. Guess what.....No more.

I will be contacting Epoch in the morning to see what can be done through them. Not sure if there is anything they can do or not but it won't hurt to find out.

For those affiliates who are intersted...A new design for the Toni site is complete and I have full intentions on launching it on my own once I have taken care of a few other business needs.

I have a few other plans but I think I will save those details for another day. At this point...Anybody who is promoting any sites under the PIBCash program that may contain my content...I strongly suggest that you drop them now.

Rodney can hide all he wants. He can switch things over to the other company name that he has waiting for an occasion just like this....He fucked over and pissed off the wrong guy this time and I will ride this horse till it's WAY beyond dead.

BTW.....For all of those who posted well wishes for Rodney's wife in August of 2002....According to some PIBCash employees....She was never really in the hospital at all. Rodney was too afraid to go to Internext so he supposedly faked the whole thing in order to publicly avoid the embarrassment. What a nice guy to use a bogus medical situation involving his own wife for his personal gain. She must be proud.

Now...You can all take my word for this or you can doubt me. I have a funny feeling that a few people will come to this thread and post a thing or two about Rodney Connor.

All you had to do was be an honest business man Rodney. Apparently that was a bit too much to ask of you though.
