I hear its pretty easy to use COHF content for no charge. Just photoshop out their watermark and you're all set.
p.s. don't forget to remove watermarks/urls from the thumbnails and full sized pics

Quality usually costs a lot, so you have to decide if you want quality or cheap. Anyway, take a look at my site in the sig, may be you'll find something you like, some of the sets are VERY cheap.
