About the hahahahaha's
I haven't seen the admin area for Vbulletin... but can't you set the replacement word for each banned word?
so:
Windows could be replaced with \/\/indows for exaxmple...
or Javascript could be replaced with J4vascript ... etc
These haha's on common words like "windows" is getting annoying when there are probably better options available.
