Ibill, CCbill or epoch?

Which one would you start a site with and count on them to out live the other two in the future? If you just had to pick one.

I'd use Epoch for main billing and CCBILL as secondary backup. I'd count Ibill's days on my fingers and toes.

Epoch supports cross selling. Does cross selling increase chargebacks?

I haven't had a problem with most of them except ccbill there alittle hard to deal with?

If your a paysite owner and your using Ibill they'll give you a hardtime but if your a affiliate under the sponsors then your okay? not to sure why this happens but my buddy ran into this problem, and the processors listed on here below suck too..

*http:/achdebit.com * there bullshit signups ran okay for me when hooking up paysites but it was only short lived like 3 days.. then they sales died off? who knows there bad news.

*http://Electracash.com *another turkey we hooked them up and ran 5-7 days then sales fell apart for some unknow reason..

http://Verotel.com again pretty sad there 2 weeks were good on goijng sales steady then they fell apart too. they suck. sales just stopped!

whats this telling me there dirty! period. I think I tried probably 15 more different processors and they all didn't last long and there not wanting to process adult sites i'm seeing

but not really pissed it's just I don;t liked to be fucked arounded..sorta like the idiot sponsors out there and they know who they are...

I use ibill for my live cam shows. CCBill said that I could use them but they don't allow billing for live shows as a general rule. That made me uncomfortable so I went with ibill for shows since they had no problem with it.

That being said, I still set up with CCBill and use them for my members area. Should something happen with Ibill, I can easily switch my billing for shows over to them.

I'd start with ccbill.

wait, i did. been running most of our transactions through them since march of 2001. very reliable. and easy to work with.

Epoch is definately a good alternative. as is Jettis.

I wouldn't say the processor was shaving me it comes down to who actually owned the processor might me trying to put a stop to me doing business so I'd fall on my face and run back to the shaving, controlled enviroment like most sponsors are doing.

I can't be seeing the same results when you hook up a processor
then all of a sudden sales just stop? wouldn't this make you think about what the fuck is going on.. also when I last looked at my progress at Ibill stats form my paysite past sales I'm getting more
revokes and far less rollovers than ever before. retention is very poor but it shouldn't be that bad.. some processors could be skimming ? who knows for sure what's up!

I've got to give a shout out to ccbill support. Since switching over them as our primary billing provider, their support has been gr8. If any of you guys check the board, BIG thanks! From what I've learned so far, their system does have limitations, but not to many. Their stats are comprehensive and very well organized. Initials seem a little spuratic at times, but overall up since switching from pb. We've only been using ccbill as our primary for a little over a month now, but so far rebills are very nice. Plus, they just added 900 billing. In the past 900s accounted for close to 5% of our joins - another billing option always helps!

CCBill, without a doubt.

Use the other two as backups. CCBill is rock solid. The day they go down is the day we all go down.

ccbill if you'll have affiliates. they have a consistent interface with multiple programs under a single account.
epoch if not.
you could also do both - ccbill referred surfers get the ccbill signup page, otherwise it goes to epoch.

Right now you can probably make the most money with epoch! But long term Ibill or even ccbill is going to be around! With the cross sells etc, I don't see epoch staying around??

"Bad news"? First I've heard.

To clarify, Ken is one of many shareholders in Jettis. He has no day to day involvement. But I'm fairly certain I can speak for any of the companies who's name he's behind (including us). You'll be hard pressed to find a better reputation anywhere in this industry.

I believe so. My recurring charges are on ccbill though and I'm not too worried abou them. I think the more likely scenario is that Ibill tanks and I have to swtich to CCBill for my one time show charges. Of course they assure me that the sale of ibill is nothing but good news for me. Its funny because back in October they were telling me that the major selling point for ibill was that they were a publicly traded company. Then, when I heard about the sale and asked how that would affect me I was told that it would be better for me because ibill would be a privately owned company again. Needless today. I won't get my hopes up.

Forget Ibill for many many reasons that would take me hours to type . Epoch have Excellent Customer Service and i would try them first. Call Amparo on 310 577-2439 she is first class and will help you out. CCbill are a good company but Epoch beat them on Customer Service

I think that when the next processor goes bye, bye. You'll see the rest go like domininos. The processors that are standing right now are pretty strong. For any of them to go now, the rest will go to in one big swoop. Like something coming down from Visa/Mastercard saying no more 3rd party processing.

I have used ccbill for the last 3 years and until the last month I would have highly recommened them. However, for the last month they have sucked, i don't know what is wrong with them and when I call to find out I get no answers, but I have seen enough threads on this board about others having the same problems, so I assume its not my traffic. I am sorry I can't recomend anyone else as I have only dealt with them, after today I will be watching this thread to find a new proccessor myself.

At this point: CCBill. I'm not to happy with how Epcoh handles new site approvals. CCBill handles approval in-house. Epoch sends them out to VISA directly. It's been a week and counting so far and no word back. Ugh.

Having your own merchant account with a bank, one may have still problems. The bank put in lots of filters and their gateway may suck. They still hold a reserve.

dont use epoch. I hate using revshare programs that use them. They dont track clicks, they only track signups. Sucks because i can never find out the convertion ratio.

if we want militant islamics to stop calling us "the great satan" we just need them to start processing with ibill. This will focus all their rage at them. I know I am ready to call a jihad about 5 minutes into any given conversation with them.
