I find that extremely disturbing. I dont think the kids should be expelled though, they are too young to really know what they are doing. I think the parents and school staff should have some responsibility, with children that age it is the adults responsibility to teach them and keep them in line.

Strangely enough, I was with a couple of mothers today and they were mentioning a few weeks ago, in a school in our district (we were discussing which high school to send our kids at) a girl '12' years old was found blowing 4 boys in the boys bathroom - they were taking turns. Apparently these kids got suspended, not expelled. I, for one, would have a nervous breakdown if my child at 12 years old is found doing anything of the sort.
