I second what Rich C has said...thank you very much for the kind words. It's great to see the mix of the new and the "old school". We built MaxCash around relationships, and as stated earlier, many of those relationships still exist today. Must be a pretty good reason :)

When we started the Max Cash program in 1996, our mission was simple. To create an affiliate program that would put a significant amount of money into the webmasters' pockets. We wanted the program to be simple, straightforward and easy for everyone. We planned on being around for a long time.

Since that time the landscape of the industry, as well as the rules, have changed dramatically. Many affiliate programs are now a shell of what they once were, while others have come and gone. At Max Cash, we have not been without our share of challenges, and we have emerged from each of them stronger than before.

Some people call our program "old". Others say we have failed to "innovate". We characterize our program a different way:

sta·bil·i·ty

The state or quality of being stable, especially:

Resistance to change, deterioration, or displacement.
Constancy of character or purpose; steadfastness.
Reliability; dependability.
Our character and purpose have remained consistent. We have never made changes to our program just for the sake of change. We have not made what some call "innovations" that are implemented to make a quick buck at the time, but which cost the program and its webmasters at a later date. Our innovations and changes have been made mostly behind the scenes. We have worked hard with stable credit card processors and implemented proprietary fraud detection techniques to ensure that chargebacks are under control, even in the current environment. Other methods have been employed to convert more of your traffic to signups, and as I write this, signup ratios are the lowest they have been since 2000. We are about to release a tool that will take more of your lost traffic and turn it into signups. And we are not lowering payouts, remaining one of the highest paying programs in the industry. And the beat goes on.

While our program might not be for everyone, the majority of webmasters will make more from Max Cash than almost any other program out there. There are literally thousands of webmasters that have spent either all or the better part of the last 8 years with us. If you are one of these webmasters, rest assured, that we will continue to work hard to maintain a company built upon reliability, stability and maximum payouts over the long haul. If you are webmaster that has never experienced Max Cash, I welcome you to get on board and see what we are all about. And if you have tried us before and not stayed around for whatever reason, there has honestly never been a time better than the present to be a part of Max Cash!

Make 2004 your most profitable year ever!

Regards,
Bob B and the Max Cash Team

But then I just realised that you mean that now you experience the best ratios since 2000.
Thta would be great but I am afraid it is not posible - all webmasters are bitching that their overall ratios are getting worse every year so I doubt Max Cash can be an expception.
But what do I know...

Wrong ! It's getting harder to convert it but when you find the right way the programs are getting better and better with years . You just have to find new ways to convert traffic . I did my best conversions a year ago or so ... and I've been arround for long

Dead?
LOL, You are so easy and predictable.

Lets have some fun.

Jive can you come up with a Happy positive saying to prove to everyone that you aren't a complete idiot?

Or better yet...how about something half entertaining. If you insist on making people read your poopoo at least make it funny poo.

It's a challenge, I know. But I am counting on something original, something to prove that Jive is the man, and not just another jackass :)

good luck bro don't make me look bad :)

Observing 03-02-2004 01:12 AM

Nice statement, guess max cash need some good publicity. I think Max Cash people are a solid group and I have had great support and found them to be very nice people overall. However their ratios went dead for me. I had been converting them at around 1:150-200 for six months orso then two months in a row it was 1:1800+ so I let them go, but they always pay on time and always willing to help out, they would even have helped me figure out what happened to my ratio I'm sure I just moved on. I have found the "innovative" sponsors out there to do better for me the past year :2 cents:

WWC 03-02-2004 01:19 AM

Ditto! Stability and Experience = $

I remember Max Cash when it first started back in 1996...

I got to admit what your saying was true but the sad part was they couldn't keep up the pace in paying everyone properly with out shaving the fuck outta webmasters like myself..I was one of many promoters way back a few 3+years ago
no one in there right mind would even bother to try and piss around and shave so much like they did! *facts* but they did and there once popular program fell apart? I remember they had one of the best chat rooms around until they started screwing everyone then they fell down hill fast webmasters in droves were running away from maxcash unfortunately they 'webmasters' ran over to yet another poorly run program 'adultrevenueservice' and the scam continued up until now both programs continue to pay but very little to most and sure there's always back room deals in the works if you get one.

when you see someone cheering for either of these low end sponsors most likely there employees and moderators running amuck and flaunting there cheerleading flags!

I don't like dis-honest bullshit programs and these turkeys are on top of the shit pile.. there's no money there anymore period.

my opinion and experiences that I have endured

good evening.:2 cents:

Not to worry your not missing much, the only one that payed me sorta okay after the crap at http://maxcash.com was http://dollarmachine.com that lasted another 1+ year and then that in its self fell apart there isn't any long term sponsors around that i've noticed? if you find a decent one let me know..

I don't really deep down like to bash but I don't like the lies and bullshit flying in here lately, to much shit flying in the cybercircus!

you see people's homes they bought from Maxcash profits they made from this program, some use to work for them employees and payed talkers from other sponsors it's there job to speak.. that is all.. nothing more.. there not real independent promoters
just lowend staff. there just a 'joke' nothing more..

sure I made some very good money over the years and purchased some stuff but not from promoting those worthless programs they just tried to fuck me around don't get caught in the false trap! .. last message for tonight ceeya..:thumbsup

MC Rocks!!!!!!!:thumbsup

Alex Xe 03-02-2004 10:18 AM

Good Luck MaxCash.
I get first $10K from MaxCash in 1999 :)

BobB 03-02-2004 02:08 PM

As stated in the beginning, MaxCash isn't for everyone. But honesty has always come first and it is the truth that our signup ratios are better now than in 2000. It is also the truth that Jive was the person that was the least supportive of all our webmasters during the FTC event and was the person who liked to cause the most controversy on our boards. We try to help all our webmasters but Jive was beyond help. Some things never change. Garbage in = garbage out.

Meloman on the other hand, is one of the brightest and smartest webmasters that I have met since 1996. In fact, he's probably in the top 10. Some people sit around the boards and bitch all day, while others go out and figure how to maximize their revenue. There are people that run into a wall and stop, while there are others that figure out how to get beyond the wall. Spend 15 minutes talking to Carmello and you will immediately see that he "gets it".

Re: RJB Telecom, Inc.; Robert Botto
Legal Action for Defamation/ Cease and Desist Notice

Mr.Jive : This law firm represents both RJB Telecom, Inc., the operator of the Maximum Cash (MaxCash) webmaster affiliate program, and Robert Botto, individually.

It has come to my clients' attention that you have been publishing false defamatory and malicious statements and accusations on the Internet directed against RJB Telecom, the Maximum Cash Program and Robert Botto. I have attached a copy of the text of the identical messages you posted on November 12, 2001 at the following urls: www.privatelabelresources.com and www.trafficswap.com. In both instances you posted these messages under the name "Jive". The email address for Jive is (deleted). I have also sent you a copy of this letter at that email address.

As I indicated, I have attached your statement in its entirety to this letter. Without going into all of the objectionable particulars of your statement, I would simply point out that you falsely accuse the Maximum Cash program as being fraudulent and that the owner of Maximum Cash, i.e., "RB" (Robert Botto) as being a "manipulator and a cheater" who is "scamming" participating webmasters by "shaving" traffic figures and "ripping" them off (i.e., defrauding them of commissions to which they are entitled). All of these allegations of wrong doing on the part of Robert Botto, RJB Telecom, Inc., and Maximum Cash are totally baseless, untrue and false. Your false statements are made either made with knowledge of the falsity of those statements or with a reckless disregard of the falsity of those statements. Moreover, your defamation falsely implies that Robert Botto is engaging in criminal conduct, and therefore constitutes libel per se.

This is to put you on notice that your false and slanderous statements and accusations against my clients constitute intentional defamation and tortuous interference with prospective business opportunities. Your false and defamatory statements, published in the chat rooms of web sites catering to adult webmasters, appear to be designed and calculated to inflict the greatest possible damage on my clients' business interests and reputation within the very industry that they do business.

On behalf of my clients I make a formal demand on you to immediately cease and desist from any further publication, either in writing or verbally, of defamatory and slanderous false statements and accusations against RJB Telecom, Inc., the Maximum Cash Affiliate Program, Robert Botto or any other person or persons associated with any of them.

If we determine that you make any further defamatory or slanderous statements regarding my clients, my law firm has been authorized to take all appropriate actions to protect their rights, including filing a complaint against you for your willful and malicious tortuous actions in which we will seek maximum monetary damages, including compensatory and punitive damages, injunctive relief and attorneys fees.

I note that your address is in Canada. Lest you mistakenly believe that your actions can not be punished or that you can escape liability because your residence is outside the United States, let me assure you that we are fully prepared to pursue this matter in the United States Federal District Court or, if necessary, to engage our Canadian attorneys to prosecute this matter against you directly in the appropriate Canadian courts.

Please henceforth direct all communications concerning this matter to the undersigned.
I look forward to your timely response, and thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation. On the other hand, should you choose not be cooperative, rest assured that this law firm will vigorously and ardently pursue every legal avenue available to vindicate my clients' rights and secure full compensation for their damages.

I strongly urge you to contact me directly upon receipt of this letter to communicate your unconditional agreement to comply. If I do not receive a satisfactory response from you within 5 days of receipt of this letter I will proceed with filing a lawsuit against you.

This letter is written without prejudice to any rights of our clients, including, but not limited to, rights to injunctive relief, compensatory and punitive damages and attrorneys' fees.

Very truly yours,

Robert A. Sarno
