Forming an Incorporation

I am looking for information on a non-us person forming a US corporation. I am looking for links or reviews of companies who get the job done quickly, complete, and legally. It would also be nice if the service helps to legally eliminate or minimize income tax in the USA. Doing a yahoo search can pull up 1000's of companies but I would like to have some personal reviews if possible.

Do you still have to pay taxes, even though you are non-us?

I heard Nevada is the only state you are not taxed on assets of inventory which is a big advantage for mail orders business

If the company is a US company, the company needs to pay taxes. A non-US citizen doesn't need to pay taxes, even though they own a US company.

The non-citizen who owns a us company pays taxes for the corporation in the USA and their personal income tax in their country of residence and / or citizenship

Your US corp only pays taxes on profits earned

then the owners of the corporation when they realize income from the activity of the corporation have to abide by what ever the income tax laws are no matter if you are in the usa or anywhere else.

In Mexico the income tax is 50%

In Anguilla it is 0%

In the USA it is a range usually between 20% and 50% depending on various factors

Nevada is good for this business because they have no state income tax and outside of clark county prostitution is not illegal so the business laws surrounding this industry are most favorable in Nevada

Regardless no matter where you go the amount of income tax is based on where you earn the money and where you ultimately receive the income from it.

It is best not to cheat uncle sam! The amount of money you could gain is not worth the jail time!

Remember

Avoiding taxation is legal

Evading taxation is illegal

legalzoom.com. S Corp probably best form of ownership for you. C Corp you're subject to double taxation.

Anguilla last I checked has a serious problem with porn and gambling companies, at least the last time I checked.

But if this has changed recently, I would incorporate there in a heartbeat!

I heard the stock holders of an s corporation have to be us residents. Does this mean a Canadian resident cannot form a S-corporation?
