KIHEI, Maui ? A Maui police officer shot and killed a man Sunday night at a Kihei beach after the man sprayed the officer with a "chemical agent."

good how dumb do you have to be to spray a cop... they are allowed to use above or equil force... and when the guy sprayed him that gives the cop right to use above force than the spray....
