I feel like I'm a few feet away from the finish line at where I want to be financially and at what level I want to be in the business.

Give me some sort motivation by words or maybe you got a song or something you listen to that motivates you to put in that extra hour in the work day when you're down right exhausted.

Whenever I feel myself slacking off, I remind my self that where I'm going to be in a month, a year, 10 years is a result of how I choose to use each moment that's given to me - either for something productive or for bullshit. It's the cumulative effect of those moments that determines whether you achieve your goals or not, and whether your life is a success or mediocre.
