1 cigar a day keeps the cigarettes away!!

I quit smoking cigs 1/8 and had my last 1 prior to boarding plane leaving the convention.. I was going to quit new years but with the show coming up it made no sense.

Its been almost 2 months and I have no desire to smoke cigs anymore.

I know some of you might consider this cheating but this is how I did it. I smoke 1 cigar a day. Not even a whole cigar just part of one. I actually have a glass of cognac with it. I usually have the cigar when I get home from work at 6ish and make it all day easily.

Cigars of choice are cohibas, padron, and ashton.

Congrats on quiting but after one shot of coqnac will lead to another shot which will lead to another cig.

the 1 cigar a day kind of just gives me something to look forward too. I buy 5 inch cigars and only smoke about half of them.

I have had 2 cognac's but its only led to me smoking the cigar further down...

we all need vises--mine is cognac and cigars.

LOL, I'm with you, but that has an opposite side-effect. A cigar makes me nauseous and not very hungry

I know what your saying BUT I am going from an every 15 minute I am awake habit to part of a cigar each day.. It is different. And eventually I smoke part of a cigar each day but just once in awhile...

Cigars and weed are hardly as dangerous as cigarettes PCP and crack.

It's more like switching from cigarettes to a nicotine patch.

Best time for a cigar is after a great steak.. Thats when they taste the best.

Also if you ever noticed all the great steakhouses all allow cigar smoking on premises.

My problem with the blunts is everytime I smoked one I had to follow her with a cigarettes...

I'm just alochol and cigars now--but I do heavily miss that sweet skunky smell...

Don't try--DO IT....Set a date for yourself so you can mark it down and make it as your last smoke... I smoked a lot extra the week or 2 coming up to my quit date and I think it helped.

I planed my quit date a few months prior.
