Whats up everyone:

Anyone interested in buying a new house in Cupertino, California?

Will take pictures tomorrow of the house, and get all the sq. footage.

I want to buy a loft, so trying to get first picks from you guys. You know ... gotta go pimp it somewhere else now!

Got to go to Vegas and be in the poker torneys. ;] HAHA

House Price is prob between $900K-1.6million
I know living sq footage is 3500~

Ill give u guys more details, but just seeing if anyone is interested in moving out here.

We sold our 2/2 condo in Sunnyvale in early 2003 for $500,000. Prices in the Bay Area are obscene. My childhood home in Berkeley sold for $980,000 in 2002. My parents paid $72,000 in late 1975.

I went to shop around Cupertino today

They are selling a str8 dump for $800K and it'll prob sell too.

3/2 1400sq feet built in 1969 - remodeled kitchen and crap looking garage!
