Actually with any luck the county court dropped the felony charge with the mandatory minimum sentence of 3 years. I got a summons to appear in a municipal court and they don't try felonies so hopefully that's a :thumbsup

How I have skirted jail all my life is beyond me, I have found myself in some fucked up situations.

I was in the house when a gun fight went on between the landlord and the occupant of the house (my b/f at the time)
mt b/f got shot in the ass later that evening..thats texas for ya.

I had cops at my house looking for ex b/f ..he was in the back room listening to the whole coversation..came out and introduced himself as someone else.. meanwhile he had his stolen pick up truck towing a stolen corvette on a trailor parked in the driveway.. it had an illegal handgun in the front seat.. fucker walked away scott free.

I was driving with another ex and got pulled over and searched..found out he had someone following us with 100 lbs of weed.. so what does the dumbass with the weed in car do.. he comes to introduce himself to the cops and wants to know if my b/f needed help.. they both served time..dumbasses

I have been in a few undercover raids on titty bars.. glad i wasnt busted on any of those.

I have been pulled over at least 5 times where i flunked the sobriety tests. and sent home in a cab with a slap on the wrist.

I can say I have had good luck avoiding the iron bars , glad I grew up and quit being stupid

Obscene language, drunk and disorderly. Cops take whatever cash on you for small offences and you don't have to face court, whether it be $2 or $500.

Luckily by the time you actually get stupid enough to be considered drunk and disorderly you have spent so much money to get to that state that you usually have very little cash left on you. I got off with a $2.60 fine, no conviction.

No, but i have being waked by the cops on a trainstation. I was a little drunk. I was taken to the police station and got a chair to sit on until my mom could pick me up

yes, for something I didn't do, I was covering for my ex-boyfriend who almost killed this bitch and left the scene in my car. The girl then said she'd tell them that I didnt do it if I gave her a few thousand dollars, which was really uncool. I basically told her to go to hell and my family lawyer got me off with a $500 fine. The girl ended up with over 20 grand in her pocket for her exgagerated injurys and I got paid off by my ex still it was fucked up. I would never give someone up to the police but I will never take the blame for anyone else again either, he left the state really quick after that.

I pulled down my pants and exposed my ass to 2 cops in a car.
They cuffed me and took me down to the station.
They asked what I was working with and I did say:

"I make porno, for guys like you who dosnt get enough from your wife cuz she's so bad in bed.."

I was on probation from 16 to 18 years old for high speed chasing with the cops in my hometown, doing 90 mph in a 30 zone. I was an emancipated minor at 16 and kicked out of high school at 17, told I would be arrested if I was seen on campus again (for selling weed). In college either I or one of my two roommates had to be bailed out of jail just about every weekend for doing some stupid drunken shit or other. I went to jail several times but they always took one look at my innocent face and kept me in the holding cell every time :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

Funnily enough, I never got in trouble again after I pretty much stopped drinking alcohol :glugglug Now I'm old and boring, NEVER get into trouble. Too much to lose.
