                                              i hope you have an agreement with the BBC to use their images. We run a local UK based online newspaper and we had to sign an agreement to use their images. They *will* enforce infringments.

                                                      That will be an issue with all of the major news sources, but maybe he can claim that he's only using thumbnails, which U.S. courts have approved?
                                                      Correct. Checked already with an attorney and we do have a legal strategy if needed. We bascially can do whatever we want since it's thumbnails but.. if a request for removal comes.. np, we will probably remove.
                                                      After all, we are doing THEM a favor for sending them traffic and they are replaceable.
