Thye best converting ebony site is definitely "Black Sweeties" from Silver Cash.
They also have a new latina site and I've heard it is doing good.

Pimproll is doing extremely well for me and others in the ebony market. They aren't content to stop there though, they are gonna rock your world.

One of my fav's? EbonyCandy They have free hosted galleries, content, pay $35 a sign-up, just added a console free option too.
