If i lived in the US i'd be pretty scared about all this talk of changing the constitution so that laws can be written to ban gay marriages. Especially on religious grounds. Gay marriage is a sin?

Bush knows the constitution was written to protect minorities against just this kind of persicution, so he knows he would have to get it changed so he can pass these type of laws.

There's no way in hell the whole process of ratifying the constitution on such a sensitive and devisive issue will go through all the states successfully.
