Sony bought out Sonic Foundry?

When did this happen? I called the 800 support line, that I paid for and I got some overseas Sony operator. They could not track down my service contract. I paid $750 for Vegas Video less than a year ago. The program, both from my drive AND when I tried to reinstall, is asking me to enter fucking security codes. I enter them and they don't work.

At least send over some vasoline before you fuck me over.

I was kidding you, dont so sensitive. Also why did you pay so much more than anyone else for vegas video? $750 thats more than full retail.

Understood Tony, but check back when V V II came out is was $9 hundred.somthing. I care little about the software cost, it comes with the biz. Just pissed that there is no more warranty on the product.
