Supporting file formats of Win Media Player?

Can someone list the supporting file formats for Windows Media Player?

I'd look it up, but I can't access half the sites on the Internet.

Pretty much any format, it's just to download the right codecs or have it download the right codecs for you.

Ok, thanks guys.

So ".mov" isn't a default supported extension for Windows Media Player?

.MOV is the native Quicktime format.

You would have to convert your file to Windows Media (.asf) using conversion software and post in that format for it to be viewed over the Internet.

Check out my tutorial for more info:

Good luck with your site
