I want a form of democracy that allows the population to "vote" (set current preferences through an electronic system rather) on individual issues, policies and ministers, and where the power of the media is recognized and regulated to allowing all views, while banning the most blatant methods of mass opinion manipulation.

I think we would have more freedom with such a system (the people itself is the "party"), while at the same time increasing the efficiency of the state (cutting back on backstabbing, arrogant, bureaucratic, middle-men).

If you think about it, it is the logical next step, just as traditional democracy was in the ancient times when people often were ruled under systems on which they had practically no influence. Now that we have the technology to creature superior democracy, why hold on the ancient, lesser form of democracy?

republicans suck, but youre a damn fool if you think a democrat is better... its never gonna get any better until other parties are let into the debates and actually have a chance... vote nader (hes too much of a socialist for me but its a good protest vote)... id hate to see bush win, but the only thing that would be worse would be if kerry won

third parties don't have the $$ behind them like Dems and Repubs it seems like to be serious contenders.

yeah and heres a little info on why its not wasting your vote... i wouldnt vote for kerry and bush refuses to close the boarder and do various other things that id like him to do so i cant vote for him either
