I have been having probs the last few days and getting lazy , I think i am depressed or something. I got problems motivating myself which i usually dont have any probs with. I think its this ankle bracelet and evrytime I look at it it depresses me

What do you guys to to get back into the swing of things?

I've been hitting the same down patch all February but I just blame it on the winter. Sun goes down to early, and I get up to late, which means Im hardly outside when its out. It's been proven that not getting enough sunlight can easily lead to depression.

Try to get out during the day, I should probably follow my own advice.
