If you like, you can register multiple cards. I use different ones for adult & non-adult. There's a drop down menu that shows the last four cc digits, choose the one you want to use, and that's it.

Never had a problem with them. Good support, too.

Verio. Lately I've been kinda pissed at them a little though because they keep sending me spam to the newly registered domain offering me stuff I don't want (like free web design and sorts). Other then this I would recommend them.
