ND -- they have some weird file upload script as oppose to traditional FTP.

SICCash -- it's closed now ;(

Silvercash -- signup form is broken.

Platinum Bucks looks cool, but I can't get it to work (I get DNS errors). Sending e-mail to their support department gets bounced.

This is getting tough...I can send 100's of affilites but no one has stepped up. I'm looking more closely at MegaPornBucks...theirs seems to be the only one that works.
