AAronM's diet suggestion...update
I started this morning and I have to say that shit is totally discusting, I would rather rim AaronM than drink that shit..

But I have been drinking it, I hate cinnamon and I hate honey and I am a coffee drinker so this suffering had better be worth it, anyone got any results yet?

BTW anyone worked out a way to mix it better, I used Cinnamon powder and it all sit's in the bottom of the cup...


All I gotta do now is keep that shit down

I have seen this diet suggestion before.

Obviously I am eating low fat food, not drinking and thinking of signing up with the gym across the road from work too, not just expecting this to work by itself.

I have been drinking the green tea and honey thing now and I hated that the cinnamon did not dilute right so I started using stick cinnamon and it works great!!
