By moving like the 3 around that three then dissappears right? So if I moved the three it would just be 6 instead of 63 right?

I almost got it to work...

62-63= 1

62 (fahrenheit) - 3 = 59F which = 15(celsius)

so

62 - 3= 16

off by one

move the -1 in front of the 62
