I use valid froms Mail from a valid single server and process removes daily I don't use ADV unless i'm mailing adult though.

That tranza guy is just mad because I wouldn't mail his avs site lol

screw tranza, your list is admittedly non-compliant . . . anyone using it faces very strict penalties.

You need IP, date and time stamp, you need to provide the sponsor with a list of people that opt out so that they do not inadvertantly email them again with some other offer . .. . . etc, etc

You shoot down spam in threads with clever rhetoric because it makes you look good, but when you see an opportunity to make some real money with it, you embrace it.
