Whos gives a fuck? Name me one PPS program that does not shave in some way shape or form. Hell Nastydollars all but tells you they shave, Epic Trey said they shave and Pib does/did also... who cares. They still convert good for me and I never stopped sending them traffic. I still send Nasty Dollars and Pib Cash a ton of traffic also.
