Anyone know any creative ideas where to get highly targeted adult traffic for around 1 cent per click?

for geoIP keyword targeted traffic... although are bidding starts at 3 cents ...we do have a few countries such as: Brazil, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates... that do have prices of 1cent a click.... You might be interested in trying things out... as incentive as me about my promotional offer... |

That would be $10/CPM.
We have traffic for a lot cheaper than that. $6.00/CPM for a customized text link. |
