I tried switching to diet Coke
Tried switching because it was healthier, no sugar and less calories, but the same amount of caffeine. Problem is I started to get headaches, and I'm pretty sure it's the aspartame cause I had the same feeling after having a coffee with Sweet and Low.

Anyone else drink diet pop and notice this?

I drink diet pepsi all the time and never have headache problems. If you've got the money to spend you can buy from a place that sells some diet colas that use Splenda.

What's Splenda? It doesn't contain aspartame? Think I'm going to stick to coffee and maybe caffeine pills

I drink pretty much exclusively Caf Free Diet Pepsi and it never bothers me. It has aspartame in it too though. Splenda is a newer sugar substitute that's supposed to be made from sugar. I think it's a bit more expensive and just really starting to make it's way into products. I find Ice Cream that's using it at the store now.

Try dropping the soda all together. When I drink a lot of soda during the day I get a major fucking headache. Try switching to Kava root instead of soda to keep you going.
