Must claim if you overall won for the year!



And for the poor soul who got taxes back, you have to claim that refund as INCOME LOL

Alright, I am going to write off my gym membership. How can I justify that? Any ideas? They probably have to be feasible ideas. :thumbsup

If your setup as a corp, probbaly under employee benefites, expenses.

if proprietorship I am not sure but will have an answer in about 6 hours.

i'm glad I have until June to do mine...one of the few perks of being an American living outside the country is the automatic extension.

tip: home office deduction gives you a better chance for an audit.

instead of all your car expenses,,,just deduct 30cents per mile you drive.

you drive 20k in a year,,,you deduct $6,000
