Doing last calculations and etc before i se my accountant and found more:



Laser Eye Surgery (relates to our work)
Prescriptions drugs, medicine
Jury Duty Fee's (meal, trans)
Safety Deposit Box / PO Box
Standard Mileage write off
Real Estate Tax (% if home based)
Car Tax
Income Tax
Donations
A
ny out of pocket expenses for chariable work.... ie For example I donate my thanksgiving mornings working and feeding the needy prep food, tables, set up huge tents and etc)
- gas
- any clothing for that
- equip bought for it



Under Misc Deductions:

GAMBLING Losses!

Must claim if you overall won for the year!



And for the poor soul who got taxes back, you have to claim that refund as INCOME LOL

If your setup as a corp, probbaly under employee benefites, expenses.

if proprietorship I am not sure but will have an answer in about 6 hours.

Allowable expense for a corp. Not sure about sole proprietorship.
