I don't know anything about running a paysite, I have some good ideas, but I don't have time to develop them at this moment.

Visit some webmaster meetings (Cancun, Amsterdam or the Internext) and meet the player. Don't make some fast decisions.

You can try the same thing that everyone else is doing and maybe come out on top or ou can design something that is totally unique and be on top of your game. you have my icq in this sig.

I would make a gangbang paysite. Spend 100-200k on creating (or paying someone to create) the content and then 800-900k on advertising the site all over the place (i.e. sex.com, stileproject.com, etc.).

Include a webmaster program that focuses on that site and lets people promote it. Make sure you have about 10 people involved in each gangbang video (to make it somewhat unique... because all the other sites only get around 4 people into the fuckfest usually) you put out.

Make a HUGE deal about how crazy the gangbangs are and that the visitors have NEVER seen ANYTHING like it and it will sell, because people who pay for porn on the Internet are idiots to begin with.

For your webmaster program, make sure you host the banners to promote the site with... webmasters like that, because it makes them feel like you actually care about them.

It's the type of site all the perverts looking for porn would love and the type of webmaster program all the webmasters would love, so you'll get your $$$ back and make a significant profit, if you advertise on the right sites.

Smartest post ever . If I were you I'd get couple fulltime employes all experienced in their own domain . One tgp guy to start hundreads of small tgps, guys working on paysite and other guys submitting galleries / freesites etc.

i would invest it in the email marketing side of this biz, something like freeezinebuck;s or the likes, a nice high tech network, site front ends, with an affiliate program, etc. custom mailing software and hardware.

running paysites is a hastle, not something one would just want to jump into. really rocky. just advertise the sites and let other worry about operating them, sure emailing is sketchy, but if done right it could be next to no work. custom software/hardware would help to streamline the whole operation as well.

plus if you were sending the numbers something like that would bring in, youd get paid better then the average affiliate and all your sponsors would kiss your ass.
