definetly go with epic cash (see sig)
they pay 75 cents per confirmed email and you can create your own join boxes to put right on your site.

i was converting about 1:8 with wegcash making 1.10 per join. now i'm converting 1:2 with epic cash's epic mail program.

im kinda partial to signupforcash
cause they have no minimum payout
and pay every week

but ce is offering more
what is ce cash's and epic's minimum payouts and how often do they mail checks?

Epic Cash pays every two weeks, on the 10th and the 24th. They have four different payout options, PayPal included, but I can't find any info on what the minimum payout is.
